Apply for the EURO Observership Program for 2025!

Dear Program members,

We are excited to announce the launch of the third phase of our Observership Program for physicians dedicated to treating children with cancer and blood disorders.

As part of the effort to improve childhood cancer care in the region, the St Jude Global Euro Regional Program is pleased to offer the facilitation of short-term clinical observerships in centers across Europe and Central Asia (St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital not included).

The objectives of these observerships are:

  • To foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing among healthcare professionals
  • To provide participants of the program with skill-based knowledge through clinical observation and mentorship
  • To expose participants to the unique challenges and opportunities of providing care in a global health context, understanding cultural differences, and navigating resource limitations
  • To improve patient outcomes by providing additional support and assistance to healthcare teams

The eligibility requirements for the observership are as follows:

  • Physicians treating children with oncological diseases
  • ≥ 3 years of clinical practice
  • High level of English language proficiency
  • Availability for a 1–4-week observership between September and December 2025

Please complete this form to apply for observerships in 2025 or to refer a colleague. Applications will close on April 12, 2025.
